We accept a variety of insurance carriers including most plans with Northwell, United Healthcare, Oxford, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. We verify your coverage before our first session so that we can ensure there are no surprise fees for you!

Each clinician sets their own out of pocket rate that reflects their clinical experience and achievements. However, all of our clinicians offer a sliding scale for clients who are in need of it. With an out of pocket rate, we can also offer a super bill to your insurance for potential reimbursement purposes.

For a limited number of clientele, Rooted offers a payment plan for those in dire financial circumstances. The payment plan costs $40/month (which can be paid in weekly installments) and covers two 1 hour sessions with your therapist throughout the month.
