I am passionate about empowering others to take control of their mental health. I graduated with my Masters of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University where I gained experience utilizing Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Most of my experience has been working with adult individuals and couples on a variety of issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also involved in research regarding the affectional identity community (LGB+).

Danielle Bell
Hi my name is Danielle and I graduated from New York University with a master's degree in Educational Psychology. I also have a second master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. I truly desire to help people reach their life goals in therapy so they can live their best lives. I have been trained in Eclectic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. Much of my experience has been working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety and depression.
